OPTICLEAN SERVICES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ("Opticlean", "we", "us") operates the website at https://www.opticlean.com.au and provides commercial cleaning services across South-East Queensland.

We also collect basic, anonymised analytics data through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide an estimate, and (if you become a client) deliver our cleaning services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. How it's stored
Enquiry data is stored securely in our database (Supabase, hosted in Australia where available). Access is restricted to authorised Opticlean staff. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed for our legitimate business purposes.
5. Your rights
